Newly licensed sales agents. You have finished your classroom education and have taken, or are about to take, your exams (best of luck). You are an outgoing, fast learning individual who doesn't want to just be a number in Big Office Realty. We can assist with your training, one on one.
No monthly national franchise fees because we are not national. We are a local group of real estate professionals who want to move forward. Sales or Rentals. House, Condos or Co-Ops. Stores/Offices - whatever you would like to do.
While our new branch is just a block from the subway, a car is probably necessary. Face it: you don't make money sitting in the office!
We have many years of Real Estate Experience including: Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Law (yes, one of us is a Licensed Attorney) and Real Estate Finance. There are very few types of transactions that we haven't been a part of, nor problems that we haven't seen and solved.
